How long will it take to ship my order?
Each Idèntity product is customised by hand in our hometown, Cagliari, by local craftsmen. For this reason, our partners are able to process a specific amount of orders each day. Depending on the season, the production queue may take up to 10/15 business days.
Can I return my customised product?
Following Italian law (art. 59 del Codice del Consumo), customised products can't be returned. Please make sure that you spelled your customisation correctly and use size charts to ensure a perfect fit.
Can I have capital letters?
By default, all our products are embroidered in lower case letters.
If specified in order notes at checkout, it's possible to have one or more capital letters.
My embroidery has a plastic film on it, what can I do?
Sometimes our artisans embroider your product with a special water-soluble film, to protect the fabric underneath. To remove it, rub it gently with a wet cloth, or just wash the product following the washing instructions provided.

All Idèntity products are embroidered in Sardinia, Italy. Each piece is worked by hand and the process may take some extra time, but the result is a unique piece customised to the bone.

As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Then, the courier you chose will provide you the tracking information via SMS or email.

Local Pick-up
If you happen to be in Cagliari, you can pick-up your order for free at Idèntity Hub, Vico II Vincenzo Sulis n°1.
Just select it at checkout and wait for your order to be prepared, you'll receive an email once the pickup point is ready for you.

Take care of your product.
To remove dust, use a dry soft cloth.
To remove small straw stains, with a few drops of cleansing milk on your fingers, apply light circular motion to the affected area.
If it gets wet, dab with a soft cloth and dry in a ventilated place away from direct light and heat.
If rollable, don’t leave folded for more than 48 hours.
