Customization Policy

In this section, you will find all the essential information regarding our personalized products and the terms of sale. Please read the following conditions carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Verification of Entered Information

When placing a personalized order, you are responsible for ensuring that the fields "Name" and "Name color for embroidery" are correctly filled out.
Important note: The embroidery will be done exactly as indicated in the "Name" field, including the use of upper/lower case letters, punctuation, and any special characters. Please double-check for any typos before submitting your order.

2. No Modifications After Order Submission

Once the order is submitted, no modifications can be made. Please verify that all provided information is accurate, as it will not be possible to correct any errors after the order has been confirmed.

3. Embroidery Font and Content

The font used for embroidery is the cursive shown in the product demo images, and it cannot be changed.
Additionally, it is not possible to include emojis or symbols, only text and numbers are allowed. Make sure to enter the correct information before placing your order.

4. Exclusion from the Right of Return

In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, personalized products are excluded from the right of return. Since each product is custom-made based on the customer's specific request, we do not accept returns for personalized items.

5. Processing Times and Order Cancellation

Once a personalized order is placed, it will be sent to the warehouse for processing within 24 hours. Once processing has started, it will not be possible to cancel the order. We recommend ensuring that all details are correct before finalizing the purchase.
